1/Product development :
* Analyze the customer needs/ the market in order to build the product
* Find out the information about the destination/ service to make the new product
* Check and inspect the service/ product (direct/ via service provider/ guide/ driver..)
* Make the promotion packages (5-10 package for each low season)
* Make the quotation
* Make the tariffs
* Check the tour, information issue on website and order IT to fix it
* Be in part of brochure development

2/ Deal with customer :
* Deal with customer by email/ phone/ Online live support
* Receive the request from director/ sales manager and analyze the customer need before making the offer and send to customer
* Provide the information, the suitable reason about the product and service to convince the customer
* Be in charge of collecting the money of the booking you take care of (by cash, credit card, bank transfer, PayPal , western Union)
* Check the necessary and sufficient conditions to perform a booking
* Deliver the customer profile, the set price as well as the service and product to Tour Operator
* Save and protect customer profile of each booking
* Make the service voucher and send the official confirmation to customer after all booking made
* Make all service reservation for small booking (1, 2,3, 4 days trips, excursion)
* Cooperate with tour operator to fix the issue of the booking if any
* Create the file to manage all booking you take care of ( Booking History/ Diary) to keep track of all status of each booking

3/ Customer care :
* Meet the customer when they arrive in Vietnam,
* Check all service and call to say Hello with customer before they arrive in Vietnam
* Meet customer when they arrive in Office, give them the welcome gift/ souvenir/ map
* Write the thank you letter when they end all tours services

4/ Follow Up:
*Follow up all the works/ booking if someone leaves the office .

5/ Recruitment & Training.
* Write the job description & request with content agreed by director
* Post the job recruitment on the website (free and paid)
* Schedule, arrange the work and train the new comer

6/Travel show:
* Find out the best the worldwide travel show and register
* Schedule time and book the service for director.
* Attending the travel show if requested.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, English and Vietnamese
- Work at least 2 years as a sales or marketing
- Minimum education level : at least Bachelors
- Strong commercial acumen
- Customer centric thinking and acting
- Outstanding communications skills for internal and external audiences
- A strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets
- Excellent relationship building skills with a good understanding of different cultures
- Must be able to travel to new or unknown destination far from home.
