Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and analyze marketing and leasing activities.
- Negotiate and conclude existing new leases independently.
- Liaise with Facilities Operations on marketing issues.
- Prepare weekly marketing reports
- Plan, implement events activities
- Carry out duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Involve in formulating, developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Plan, establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
- Negotiate leases and attend to tenancy-related matters

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Possess at least 2 years of leasing experience in a shopping mall.
- Strong in numerical and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of the real estate industry.
- Good at speaking English.
