• Support the sale staff to generate new business
• Leading and training collaborators of the support team
• Managing the collaborators working schedule and quality
• Supporting photographer / photographing events
• Writing articles / posts about events
• Doing work of collaborators when needed (collecting feedbacks at customers's site with Feedbackstr)

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations;
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts on site and through the media channels, depending on the organisation and the campaign;
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and blog posts;
• Writing and proofreading articles and copies;
• Knowledge in design or liaising with designers and printers;
• Organizing photo shoots;
• Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
• Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups;
• Supporting for sale documents and activities, working closely with sale staff in customer contacting, meetings, follow up and customer support
