Guaranty the conformity of production, traceability and the availability at the warehouse, in the required time by Commercial direction through order/ logistic procedure
Optimize the management of packing machine cost ….(labour force, material) and maintain in coordination with the maintenance team.
In accordance with technical management, set the program of investment, the budget of the operation and ensure the follow up.
To develop the competence and the motivation of his staffs to achieve the fixed objective of the Management.) Manage the improvement actions (quality, productivity, reliability)
Ensure the partnership with suppliers and buyers by being in technological survey
Participate in the recruitment as well as the plan of training
Drive the meetings of workshops
Conduct the department visits, assuring the contact between the producer, client and sales departments.Guaranty the respect of regulation of hygiene, security of quality Provide weekly and monthly reports to Technical Director.
