- Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of company’s database
- Acquire new distributors and retailers in fashion and cosmetic
- Ensure good customer services for corporate clients
- Monitor the implementation of sales campaigns for clients
- Resolve issues related to online stores
- Takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of acquisition objectives
falls within designated budgets.
- Establish performance goal for each employee, and monitor if the employee is
able to meet up the expectations or not. Continuously motivate the sales team,
and inspire them to stay focused on company’s goals.
