- Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately with staffs (employees) in order to ensure effective store operations in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Plans, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to employees to ensure efficient store operations
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Pho24
- Communicates with customers in order to understand their needs and report to superior
- Assures customer’s satisfaction in regards of service, quality of food and quality of product
- Reviews store key successful factor in order to make or propose changes if needed
- Drives the implementation of company programs and marketing campaigns by working directly with shift team to execute action plans that meet operational, organizational, and financial objectives
- Direct and coach staffs by using discretion in assessing performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve employee performance
- Challenges and inspires staffs to perform up to standards
- Welcomes and supervises training of new employee(s)
- Conducts interviews for recruiting employees
- Evaluates performance of subordinate staffs
- Conduct training activities
- Assure a customer comes first attitude by training and holding employees accountable for delivering Excellent Customer Care Service
- Controls freshness of supplies and products and hygiene requirements (i.e. personal hygiene of the staffs, food handling, storage conditions, firs in first out)
- Controls cost of goods without compromising quality
- Assures proper levels of inventory for each category of products
- Monitors maintenance of the store’s premises and the equipment

- Minimum 1 year experience as Restaurant manager
- Minimum 3 years experience in service.
