- Introduce our service to foreigner tourists.
- Receive booking reservation by email or on phone in English.
- Pick our clients up at their hotels and take them visiting the Ben Thanh market; introduce to them Vietnamese food, fruit, vegetable, fish and many other ingredients; introduce to them a traditional Vietnamese kitchen, Vietnamese culture; show them how to cook traditional Vietnamese dishes such as spring rolls, beef noodle soup, Vietnamese pancake… in English;
- Answer customers’ questions
- Solve customers’ complains (if any)
- Translate the Cooperation Contracts into English and vice versa.
