+ Contact with foreign partners: set up order plan, ensure the materials for production and sales, negotiate price, follow up shipment schedule, handle payment, maintain and improve the relationship, follow and check the debt with suppliers …
+ Responsible import: open LC, take care documents, do with customs (Perform E- custom transferring, check Customs Declaration sheet & solve any problems if arises.), contact with shipping agent, deal with troubles…..
+ Cooperate and support to other departments: combine with financial department about payment & check import tax duty, co-ordinate with local trucking company for delivery reasonably, manage and control the production and stock.
+ Follow and report about import figures, handle and analyse the import/export information data, claim about problem such as: damaged goods, expired goods / shortage….
