Mean time, issue order to mill for proceeding order to get time within 24h after receiving official po
+ Chasing available yds for FIT sample to submit to buyer 1st. Follow up comment
+ Chasing s/s fab for PP samples & mills must send out b4 shipment 1week. Follow up comment & update to sample room
+ Making price FOB & delivery date base on lead time of fabric
+ Making T&A chart including:
+ The date receipt yds sample for making FIT
+ The date receipt Bulk fabric & Trim
+ The date receive s/s for PP & TOP
+ The cutting date/sewing date, packing date ……
+ Making planning with subcontracts/factories to book plan by
+ Making chart wz full Fab & Acc status
+ Negotiate CMPT price & cfm order wz fty
+ Follow up shipment status from fty

Working with Nurian VN garment textile company as Team leader representative HO in VN
* Main product is: GAP GO – BRFS & MAST INDUSTRY

A. Development
+ Develop Time & Action (T/A) chart for every season based on different fabrication & deliveries
+ Review T/A chart Director before making quotes to customers
+ Review the new fabric development with Fabric Sourcing Specialist & follow up fabric sample.
+ Work directly with fabric suppliers on price, sample yardage, capacity and delivery details.

B Production
* Pricing
+ Negotiate prices with fabric mills and costing with Director before give quotation to buyers.
+ Make costing sheets & follow up with which one be changed
+ Make Sourcing in local & oversea
* Bulk Fabric
+ Make fabric chart, coordinate with mills and factories.
+ Follow up with mills to ensure S/O be approved on time & fabric delivery on time
+ Work with Fabric Mill in case Bulk fabric got issues
* Sample
+ Review constructions on sample with Tech Team, factory and designer
+ Coordinate with buyers, technician and factories to make sure Fit samples are approved on time to catch prodn schedule
+ Work with factories to submit TOP samples and check before sending to buyers
* Orders Allocation
+ Work with factories for capacity & Lines schedule before pouring Orders
* Pre - Production
+ Attend PP meeting with technician QC and factories to ensure everything is fine before production.
+ Review Fabric swatch, handfeel to ensure Bulk fabric is same with L/D approved.
+ Follow up test report of fabrics, garments & trims to make sure quality meets Buyer’s standard. + + Ensure fabrics shipment schedule is on time to meet production deadline.
+ Review Trim card to ensure it is correct as per style details before go to Bulk prodn.
* Production
+ Follow up prodn status with factories
+ Work with Q.C. & factories for production status & updated WIP to customers.
* Report to Directors for whole Orders status
