- Design, implement, maintain, and improve electric instrument, equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for commercial, industrial, and domestic purposes.
- Marking out the site make sure designs are applied correctly and liaise with main and sub-contractors and the site manager.
- Managing construction projects relating to the M&E tasks
- Overseeing building work and undertaking surveys
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Providing technical advice; problem solving relating to the M&E issues.
- Ordering and negotiating the price of materials
- Checking drawings, quantities and ensuring the accuracy of calculations
- Ensuring site security, health and safety
- Organizing and supervising materials and people
- Regular liaison with the client, its representatives, and any consultants is another key part of the job.

- At least 3 years working experience in construction field with related positions
- Have strong numerical and analytic skills
- Have to be able to deal with a wide variety of other professionals and be a team player.
- Hard-working and organization with outstanding problem-solving skills
- Have Supervision Certificate is preferred.
- Being active, enthusiastic, responsible for work and intending to work for long time for the company is preferred
- Good English communication skill.
- Be able to work independently and under pressure.
- Local resident is preferred. (Working at District 12)
