Hanoi Moment is just a small Hotel standard 3 Star located in the central of Hanoi Old Quarter but very good decor and customer service. Almost of Customers staying the hotel are from foreign countries. I started as a waitress at the Restaurant of the Hotel, and was then promoted to the Customer Service Executive responsible for only taking care of Breakfast for Customers, solving problems from Customers, and organizing the daily duties for F&B staff…
Waitress (01/2012-10/2012):
• Setting up the tables available for guests to come anytime
• Welcoming guests and escorting them to the respective tables
• Presenting menus and answering questions to customers about menu items, and making recommendations up request.
• Taking orders, serving food and beverages as required
• Looking after guests during the meal with a polite, friendly and skilled attitude to ensure that they are enjoying their meal.
• Solving any problems relating to the order, quality and taste of food…etc
• Clearing as well as cleaning restaurant once guests leave and making it ready for the next day.
Customer Service Executive (10/2012-05/2013):
• Introducing customers about restaurant’s food and beverages
• Suggesting guests where they should go, what they should do, and what to avoid when they come to Vietnam
• Handling complaints and requests of customers at anytime they need via emails, face to face, or phone calls
• Ensuring customers satisfy with the food and drink of restaurant
• Training and supervising the daily duties of F&B staff
• Making a work report to manager every month
